We are a general practice here to serve as your family's primary veterinarian. While we try to accommodate as many patients as possible, we may refer you to a nearby Urgent Care or Emergency Hospital on a case-by-case basis. We promise this is in your pet's interest. If we know your pet's condition is going to require 24 hour hospitalization and/or the care of a specialist, we will send you there directly. It will minimize wait times and the added financial burden of having two exams/sets of diagnostics!
If we are CLOSED and your pet is experiencing a medical emergency, please do not email or text us and wait for a response. Head straight to the nearest ER (see the list at the bottom of every page).

Yes, we have a parking lot! Just head down Allott Ave or Sunnyslope Ave on either side of the building, and turn into the back alley to access the parking lot behind the hospital.
We recommend entering the hospital from the parking lot (back of the building) as Ventura Blvd (front of the building) is quite busy. There are 3 metered parking spots in the front of the building, if you prefer. Please make sure all cats are in a carrier and all dogs are secure in their collar & leash.
